If so: To do that, you first have to reinstall Windows Then, you run B R from the fresh copy of Windows and restore your backup In that case, the instructions you were previously given are actually correct

I created the backup with Windows 10, so "Go to backup and restore (Windows 7)" is not applicable I click "more options" under Backup Using File History since that is how I created my backup, and it shows that I am using my external hard drive I scroll to the bottom to "restore files from current backup "
