Here's the rub FedEx didn't fail you You might think FedEx failed you but they didn't With FedEx Ground HD no packages are picked up transported or delivered by FedEx Ground employees The only FedEx employees that MIGHT deliver a ground package is an Express employee that's being contracted out to Ground by Express But the brand!!!! Yep

I don't blame drivers for not wanting this, but I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to just stop doing business with merchants that use FedEx because I'm FedUp People want live tracking because it would make the service you provide tolerable

At fedex express, The Leo (tablet) has gps Dispatch can see in real time where drivers are, managers can call dispatch whenever they wish to get updates—locations, how many stops a driver has left, etc if your package has a senseaware then it tracks the package in real time also

Lack of updates is fairly normal with FedEx If you're unfortunate enough to have a shipment via FedEx SmartPost, the updates will be even fewer That's because SmartPost is the cheapest, therefore slowest, mode of travel I've had packages sit idle in a trailer at a FedEx facility for 6 or 7 days If your package isn't moving you won't get
