IS this not a shroud that people add to their carry licenses all the time to make it lighter A no-NFA chasis can be many things but the things is not for sure: A) no-NFA (it is sold as such) B) It is not a shroud One could install a shroud or even a silencer but not in NYS Not even a threaded barrel unless one has the permit stamp to do it
