Well said my friend, can't put too much weight on reviews due to the 'averaging' out of what's likely the norm It was the customer service that was pretty consistent overall in the lower reviews The use overseas is of interest, have 2 significant long-haul rountrips coming up and this seemed like an interesting wild card

First Tech has gone downhill since they merged with Addison Avenue Also, for a credit union called First Tech, they seem to be woefully behind when it comes to rolling out new banking technologies I left Washington Mutual (right before the financial crisis) and joined FTCU since I work at the original company (Tektronix) that it serves
