Join Date: Dec 2007 Posts: 124 #2 07-15-2014, 02:21 PM Golden State CPE I used them many years ago, when I began doing taxes again after a few years out of the business I took the basic course required by California It was very comprehensive and the test was not your normal read and pass home study (It was before online CPE )

I've taken the Golden State Tax Training 20-hr course before, which includes the required 15 hrs federal and 5 hrs CA state tax laws Yes, it's a good course for getting your required hours, although I usually took other classes, too, because it is a rather elementary course, so I didn't learn much of anything new from it
