PennyMac Loan Transfer to LLC - BiggerPockets Hi All, I was wondering if anyone has had experience with transferring a PennyMac Loan from your name to an LLC We talked to a lawyer and they said the lender should be able to provide documentation that "due on sale" is not applicable However, no one at PennyMac was able to provide documentation nor were they able to confirm that our monthly payment would remain the same after transferring

Other title companies will tell you if it is a PennyMac, then you will know it's a huge package and charge accordingly TS has become quite cheap and unreasonable and seasoned notaries know this I turn them down if they don't pay an additional print fee

Re: Service Link - PennyMac Sorry you went through this - as Lee said, sounds like you had an overly paranoid borrower and loan officer - all lenders require copy of two forms of ID to open accounts (and if you go to a bank and open an account in person they require it too) - That said, I never scan any ID with my cell phone - and I personally would not have allowed you to do it either It's your choice to keep an
