For example, searching for "short evergreen tree" yields different results than short evergreen tree, but I'm not sure of how it's doing this, and it still doesn't give exact results for websites that have the quoted text as an exact phrase
Search Box no longer displaying a daily image : r WindowsHelp I like Windows 11's Search Box and its image on the right side, but since I ran PC Manager, this little feature seems to be broken and now only a Bing's "B" is displayed It has been like this for 2 days I attempted only restarting Windows Explorer process, but it didn't bring the daily image back

Is this something that's technically difficult to fix?
